For Beatties, the user experience was significantly enhanced by streamlining pages to increase conversion rates, and introducing an editable mega-menu navigation that allowed their marketing teams to make updates as needed. A new tagging system was implemented using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to effectively track customer journey maps and lead conversions. Additionally, the 'Beatties Edge' branding and a sign-up process were developed to provide their customers with dedicated representatives for their businesses. Overall, these improvements yielded a remarkable 167% return on investment in just 18 months.
